Hair Fall Therapy

Founder of Be Essential experienced severe hair loss due to illness several years ago, and found some remedies to stop the hair loss and eventually grow back the hair. Based on her experience, here are some pro tips to deal with hair loss.

  1. Use only organic/herbal shampoo, once every three days, or depending on severity of hair fall problem.
  2. If you are suffering from severe hair loss, try to reduce your hair wash frequency,
  3. Do not comb your hair and touch you hair too often. Let your hair free, do not tie your hair too tight.

Extra treatment for hair growth:

Twice a week apply Be Essential Hair And Scalp Therapy or simple coconut oil mixed with grinded betel leaves (grind it using mortar or blender), leave it for one hour before washing your hair.

Other method: try coconut milk (from fresh coconut only) once or twice a week once you overcome the hair fall problem as your natural shampoo and conditioner. Wet your hair thoroughly, then apply coconut milk on your scalp and gradually apply on your hair. Leave it for the whole day. If you apply in the morning, rinse it in the afternoon around 4-5PM. The idea is to let your scalp absorb all the goodness of coconut milk. Rinse with warm water first, several times until all the oil is gone mostly, then continue rinsing with cold water to close the cuticle. Or, you can also use gentle shampoo made out of olive oil.

Use natural/herbal hair tonic once or twice a day. You can book an online or offline workshop for hair treatment product making, including making your own hair tonic.

DIY Conditioner:

For natural conditioner, try freshly hand squeezed hibiscus leaves. Pick about 10 leaves (a handful) and mixed it with water while squeezing the leaves . Check this video on how to make fresh hibiscus conditioner. When you grind it with water you will get slimy liquid coming from the leaves, use it as conditioner, no need to rinse your hair afterward.
